This three-day workshop digs into the essentials of modern theatrical lighting focusing on LEDs and the systems that make them work. We’ll cover the basics—fixtures, DMX, and power distribution—then put it all into practice with hands-on activities like patching, addressing, console setup, and troubleshooting. With plenty of demos, interactive exercises, and creative challenges, you’ll get real experience working with LED lighting tools while building confidence in how to design, control, and problem-solve in a live theatre setting.

Is there a limit to the number of participants, and if so, how will registration be handled once the limit is reached?
We can accommodate a maximum of 30 students for this workshop. Once that limit has been met, you will be able to add your name to a wait list in case a spot becomes available.
